AGED UNDER ICE FOR 6 MONTHS AT THE BOTTOM OF LAKE OF THE WOODS The upcoming 2026 Limited Edition Belgian Triple Double Iced Bock, is currently aging 20 feet under the ice, at water temps ranging from 4 to 10 degrees Celsius for 6 months. Each bottle is hand numbered and is packaged in its own custom printed container. Bottles will be ready for pickup & shipping Summer 2026.
Deep 6 2026 is a bold Belgian Tripel with a twist, blending a spicy character with a smooth, rounded malt backbone. It pours a deep gold with an off-white head and opens with a complex aroma of clove and bubble gum, layered with soft notes of orange and banana. The flavour is spicy and fruity with gentle alcohol warmth, balanced by a subtly sweet, grainy malt impression, low to moderate peppery phenols, and a restrained spicy hop character with medium bitterness. Medium-bodied and lively on the palate, this is a deceptively smooth sipper that warms as it goes, delivering depth, character, and unmistakable Deep 6 uniqueness.
