Deep 6 Manitoba 2023

2023 DEEP 6 BEER STYLE: IMPERIAL BLACK LAGER WITH ORGANIC PLUM

Malt sweetness forward, big molasses with roasted caramel and slight liquorice sweet malt notes. Mingled with tones of dark stone fruit, raisin and red tones. This batch will be aged 20 feet under the ice, at water temps ranging from 4 to 10 degrees Celsius for 6 months. Each bottle is hand numbered and is packaged in it's own custom printed container. Only 3,300 bottles (2000 at our Kenora Brewery and 1,300 at our Winnipeg Brewery) were produced for release in Summer 2023.

ABV: 8.5%, SRM: 70, IBU: 44
