AGED UNDER ICE FOR 6 MONTHS AT THE BOTTOM OF LAKE OF THE WOODS The upcoming 2024 Limited Edition Irish Coffee Cream Ale will be aged 20 feet under the ice, at water temps ranging from 4 to 10 degrees Celsius for 6 months. Each bottle is hand numbered and is packaged in it's own custom printed container. This year’s Irish Coffee Cream Ale has rich, deep, malt character with toasted caramel and toffee notes that complement the added cold brewed coffee to give richness in flavour. Peated malts were added for a subtle smoky balanced aroma and flavour. Oats and lactose were also added to give a creamy texture and mouthfeel.
